Nose appears closed, slightly cheesy, has notes of minerals, herbs and spices, with apples and pineapple. Taut, juicy fruit, lively acidity, firm mineral backbone, good body, persistent on the palate, excellent structure, excellent balance, long finish. Still young and restless.
