Delicately smoky scent of red and blue berries with notes of a little roast stock, root vegetables and floral nuances. Slightly warm fruit with smoky notes, root vegetables again as well as a hint of bacon, hints of sour cream in the background, herbal nuances, some minerality, citrus zest and juniper towards the end, good to very good, a hint of drying finish with a certain draught.
