Cool, delicate floral, light vegetal to herbaceous and hint of nutty notes on the nose, yellow fruit with a hint of dark berries and light barrel notes. Clear, not completely dry fruit with nuances reminiscent of pears and light flowers, still slightly yeasty notes in the background, lively acidity, delicate grip, certain persistence, chalky tones, good to very good, finely juicy finish, again with a little light wood nuances.
