2022 Pinot Noir Réserve Muschelkalk, Mosel, Germany

Cool, clearly nutty aroma of red and a little black berries with moderate woody spice, some incense, animal traces and floral nuances. Ripe, yet rather slender fruit, clear, nutty and slightly cocoa-spicy wood, fine sandy tannins, despite its lightness with a certain mellowness, delicate acid bite, fine, rather moderate tannin, the wood dominates again a little on the finish, not much depth, good, albeit slightly muted and waxy finish.
