Cool, fine-herbaceous and a hint of floral citrus nose with a little surimi, floral traces, some chives, mushrooms, and mineral hints. Quite firm, clear, cool, finely juicy, completely dry fruit, polished acidity, fresh vegetable aromas on the palate, nutty barrel tones in the background, a bit of artichoke with lemon and white pepper, good sustainability, smoky undertones, noticeable salt, delicate melt and at the same time bite, very good finish with drive.
