Cool, fairly fine, somewhat herbaceous, a hint of floral and almost somewhat earthy-spicy citrus-peach nose with gooseberry notes. Clear, fairly firm, finely juicy, cool fruit, vegetal to herbaceous flavours, persistent acidity, animating grip, persistent, fairly mineral, a hint of pepper in the background, very good, firm finish.
