Almost a little ethereal herbal nose with citrus flavours, a little gooseberry and smoke. Slender fruit with moderate sweetness and relatively present acidity, again citrus and gooseberry flavours, but also some peach, floral and waxy hints, quite clear minerality in the background, good persistence, hints of smoke and pepper, very good finish.
