Tart, somewhat planty to herbal, hints of nutty and yeasty and also slightly mineral aromas with restrained yellow fruity aromas. Bone-dry fruit with nutty, yeasty and slightly yellow-spicy tones, fine acidity, very slight chilli spiciness in the background, grip of crumbly, ripe tannin, chalky and salty tones, uncompromising style, good to very good, tart, grippy finish. Exceptional base wine.
