Firm and quite deep, tart, clearly yeasty aroma with restrained, rather bright yellow fruity aromas, smoky traces, hints of nuts, avocado, marjoram and mineral tones. Ripe, firmly woven and completely dry in the mouth, with delicately creamy and very fine acidity, dense and persistent on the palate, nutty hints and chalky minerality, has inner strength, also slight warmth, but almost no fruit, implied yellow spice, still undeveloped, a hint of anise, very good, again dense finish with a hint of butter.
