Slightly smoky and a hint of dried-vegetable to tobacco nose of black and red berries with a hint of herbs, some juniper and cherry notes. Clear, cool, fine-juicy fruit, slightly smoky and nutty aromas, a little roasted pork rind in the background, moderate mushroomy tones, fine sandy tannin, some bite, quite good persistence, salt and chalky nuances in the background, relatively tight construction, still very young, very good, firm, juicy and spicy finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2029+. What our ratings mean
