Firm, quite polished, smoky and coffee-spicy aroma of black and red berries with floral tones, hints of undergrowth, mushrooms and a touch of bacon. Youthful, fresh, juicy fruit, lively acidity and fine sandy, still slightly drying tannin, which, however, integrates very well with air, a little cocoa and coffee on the palate, good persistence, salt in the background, still a trace of carbonic acid, delicate chilli spiciness, a little citrus zest, very good, increasingly juicy finish with roast, freshness and bite.

Best to drink: Ende 2024 bis 2030+. What our ratings mean
