Editor note: Clear, fairly cool nose, vegetal and yeasty notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit. Fairly firm, tart fruit on the palate, yeasty, nuttx and vegetal aromas, medium-fine mousse, fairly persistent, earthy traces, light tannic grip, noticeable acid bite on a good, tart finish.
Best to drink: To 2020
