Translate to English Deutlich pflanzlicher bis kräuteriger, auch an Wurzelgemüse erinnernder Duft mit Zitrusaromen, etwas grünem Kernobst und floralen Nuancen. Schlanke, eher trockene Frucht, deutlich pflanzlich und leicht erdig, hefige Spuren, recht lebendige Säure, etwas Gerbstoff, Johannisbeernoten, herbe, erdige mineralische Nuancen, auch ein wenig Salz, ganz leicht gedeckt und rau, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang.
