Cooler, slightly herbaceous citrus scent with peach notes, citrus zest, a bit of white pepper, very fresh plant aromas, certain minerality, and pak choi. Ripe, juicy, yet completely dry fruit, very fine acidity, nutty, ethereal-herbaceous, and a hint of tobacco aromas, certain creaminess, persistent on the palate, salty and somewhat stony minerality, a bit of depth, becomes even juicier with air, very good, mineral, and herbaceous finish.
