Translate to English Ruhiger, etwas vegetabiler Duft nach Kern- und Steinobat mit erdigen bis mineralischen Noten. Kühle FRucht im Mund, zartsaftig, sehr präsente Säure, pflanzliche und erdige bis mineralische Noten, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, ein Hauch Gerbstoff, viel Biss, zart süßlich im Hintergrund, an Suppenkräuter erinnernde Töne, guter bis sehr guter Abgang, wieder mit betonter Säure. Deutlich besser als die erste Probe.

Editor note: Translate to English Straffer, herb-kräuteriger Duft nach teils kandierten und eingemachten Zitrusfrüchten und Steinobst mit herber Mineralik im Hintergrund. Fast ein wenig zitronige Frucht im Mund, recht kühl, etwas schmelzig und nicht völlig trocken wirkend, präsente, feine Säure, ein wenig gedeckt und wieder krautig am Gaumen, nicht ewig tief, geht an der Luft auch eher ein, guter, wenn auch wieder ein wenig krautiger Abgang.
