Tart, firm, distinctly Mediterranean-herbal and a hint of smoky aroma with citrus-accented yellow-fruity flavours. Quite taut, juicy, tart fruit with planty to herbal and also yellow spice, a little nutty and smoky on the palate, lively acidity, restrained carbonic acid and noticeable grip, hints of tobacco, certain persistence, good to very good, again slightly grippy and smoky-spicy finish.
