2022 Sauvignon Blanc Landwein trocken Rèserve, Schwaben, Germany

Firm and quite deep, somewhat warm, smoky and a little lightly woody aroma with yellow fruity aromas, some white currants, green vegetal aromas, cooling ethereal nuances, a hint of bacon, mushrooms and elder. Firmly woven, tart, ripe, juicy fruit, smoky and moderately woody tones, fine, relatively lively acidity, quite fresh vegetal flavours, some bacon and mushrooms in the background, hints of yellow spice, persistent on the palate, has a lot of power and some alcohol warmth, but stays on track, quite clear, light minerality, grip of crumbly tannin, some depth, very good, firm, juicy, spicy and again a little alcohol warm finish with ethereal vegetal notes.
