Festy sour cherry aroma with notes of ripe black and also a little red berries, delicate smoky, nutty and floral hints as well as noble pepper and herbs. Firm, tart-juicy, dark fruit, smoky and slightly bitter chocolate flavors, a bit of pepper, Mediterranean herbs, juniper and bacon, present, yet ripe tannins, sustainable, a bit of bite, certain coolness, salt in the background, very good, firm, tart-juicy and spicy finish.
