Nuts and yeasty, also slightly tobacco-scented with smoky and hinted animal tones, some core fruit, forest mushrooms, and red and black berries. Quite firm, bitter yet juicy, still completely undeveloped fruit, floral, ethereal-herbaceous and distinctly yeasty notes, nutty hints, a bit of forest mushrooms and herbs, persistent on the palate, quite fine mousse, some grip, in the background citrus zest, chalky and salty nuances, very good, bitter-juicy finish with bite and grip. Can still benefit from a few months of bottle aging.

Best to drink: 2025-2027+. What our ratings mean
