Tart, cool, polished, rather fine aroma of red and black berries with delicate herbal nuances and a hint of tobacco. Fresh, juicy and polished, again rather cool fruit, some acid bite and very fine tannin, good persistence, delicately herbal and tobacco flavours, hints of dark ethereal spice, clearly chalk and salt, a touch of carbonic acid, a little bitter chocolate, coffee and liquorice in the background, very good finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2029+. What our ratings mean
