Firm, warm, delicately smoky to bacony, still slightly yeasty nose with dried yellow fruity aromas, moderate barrel notes, hint of yellow spice and a little fennel. Firm, tart, slightly warm fruit, yeasty, nutty and smoky tones, a hint of cardamom, again also fennel, fine acidity, some grip, good persistence, fine and yet relatively present acidity that marbles the wine well, moderate phenolic bitterness, delicate ethereal spice, still very young, certain depth, very good, firm finish with grip, lots of salt, tart juice and spice.
