Delicately smoky, planty to herbaceous and hints of nutty aromas with bright yellow fruity and hints of root vegetables. Bright, restrained, relatively tightly knit fruit, nutty, vegetal and yeasty notes, chalky-salty minerality, a hint of smoke on the palate, delicately sweet melting, grip of ripe phenolic, hints of bacon in the background, very good, firm, rather mineral finish.
