Firm, cool, somewhat yeasty and finely vegetal, also somewhat herbal and floral aroma with fresh red berry aromas, cherry notes as well as delicately peppery hints. Clear, lean, fine-juicy and -spicy fruit with some grip and fine acid bite, nutty and yeasty tones, slightly smoky and spicy, some salt, good to very good finish.
