Firm, nutty to lightly woody and spicy, also a little vegetable scent with yellow-fruity and slightly yellow-spicy notes and floral nuances. Firm, quite juicy, partly candied fruit, again nutty to woody aromas, a little yellow spice and dried vegetable to herbaceous tones, fine, harmonious acidity, touch of ripe tannin, good substance and persistence, in the background a lot of cool minerality, some depth, very good, juicy and spicy, again firm finish
