2016 Lemberger trocken Steinwiege®, VDP.Gutswein, Württemberg, Germany

Clear, fresh, polished nose, mixed berries, pomegranate and cherries, herbaceous traces, delicate hint of almonds, black tea, some bergamotte and hint of cloves. Cool, elegant, juicy, polished, firm fresh fruit on the palate, light acid bite, very fine youthful tannins, hint of raspberries, nutty notes reminiscent od cashews, persistent, mineral notes, peppery spice, already quite approachable, very good firm, tart, juicy finish. Needs time to mature.
