2015 Uhlbach Götzenberg Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Württemberg, Germany

Nose still slightly reductive with light lactic and volatile notes, prominent vegetal notes with root vegetables, hint of butter, pineapple, sage, citrus, stone and pomaceous fruit. Ripe, tranquil, creamy fruit on the palate, increasingly juicy with aeration, light smoky oak, herbaceous traces, lively acidity, tannins still slightly astringent, but become more integrated with aeration, smoky traces, hint of mushrooms, prominent, slightly flinty mineral notes, very light bitter touch, delicate hint of nut butter, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, very good tart, juicy finish. With aeration gains significantly in structure and harmony.
