Right firm, tart, reserved, somewhat yeasty and herbal nose with bright yellow fruity notes, a hint of tobacco, smoke, and mineral undertones. Relatively dense, juicy, again bright fruit, very fine acidity, some grip, persistent on the palate, a bit of warmth and melt, nutty and restrained yeasty spice, chalky-stony minerality, certain depth, very good, firm, slightly warm finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2030+. What our ratings mean
