Cool, delicate yeasty and herbal to plant-like nose with bright core fruit aromas, a hint of root vegetables and chalky traces. Clear, bitter, bright, finely juicy fruit, polished acidity, yeasty, herbal to plant-like and slightly nutty tones, with a hint of root vegetables in the background, moderate melt, good sustainability, distinctly chalky-limestone mineral notes, very good, bitter finish.
