Cool, polished, bright core fruit nose with fine herbal and yeasty aromas, nutty traces, a bit of herbs and mineral hints. Firmly structured, finely juicy, tart, relatively cool fruit again, clear herbal-plant notes, a bit of yeast and nutty traces, very fine acidity, delicate grip, persistent on the palate, a bit of creaminess, certain depth, very good, finely juicy finish with herbal and mineral notes.
