Fester, nutty and slightly yeasty core fruit aroma with floral nuances, a hint of egg yolk, tobacco and very fine vegetable notes. Firmly structured, ripe-juicy and quite spicy fruit, again with fine vegetable notes, tobacco and egg yolk, fine, quite lively acidity and a lot of grip, persistent on the palate, slightly smoky, pronounced minerality, still young, has substance and certain depth, relatively complex, very good, firm, bitter-juicy and spicy finish. A joy!
