Heavier core fruit aroma with herbal and nutty tones. Bitter, yet somewhat melting fruit, fine, lively acidity, a bit of grip, yeasty notes, restrained ethereal spice, certain sustainability, chalky tones, a very slight dark background, very good, quite juicy, yet bitter finish.
