Clear, delicately vegetal and delicately nutty and yeasty pomaceous fruit nose with herbaceous nuances and a hint of citrus zest. Quite juicy fruit with celery notes and nutty hints, very slightly sweetish, delicately creamy, but also lively acidity and grip, good persistence, traces of red berries, good to very good finish.
