Still youthful, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous, nutty and hint of bacon on the nose, yellow fruit with light red berry, smoky and mushroomy notes. Clear, quite firm, rather tart and juicy fruit with still yeasty traces and nuances reminiscent of redcurrants, lively, almost present acidity, has some grip and persistence, salty and chalky minerality, very good finish with bite.
