Fairly cool, polished nose, delicate vegetal and floral notes, light yellow fruity aromas, hint of bacon and smoke. Finely juicy, polished fruit with lots of planty to herbaceous spice, a little mushroom, hints of nuts and again some smoke and bacon, fine, relatively lively acidity, delicate grip, certain persistence, mineral in the background, delicate sweetish nuances, but also bite, hints of dark berries, very good, firm finish with grip.
