Finely vegetal, somewhat herbal and peppery-spicy nose with yellow-fruity aromas, a hint of smoke, parsley, hints of red berries and mineral tones. Taut, ripe, juicy fruit, smoky, herbal and slightly floral tones, lively acidity and delicate carbonic acid, lots of grip, a little peppery-ethereal spice on the palate, persistent, certain depth, salty and chalky minerality, hints of citrus zest in the background, parsley root, still undeveloped, fine aromatic bitterness, very good finish with restrained fruit, bite, clearly fresh-vegetable tones and lots of minerality.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2029+. What our ratings mean
