Cool, polished citrus-stone fruit nose with very fine vegetal notes. Clear, polished, again cool, bright fruit with yeasty and delicately vegetal and herbal flavours, present, yet very fine acidity, some grip, certain persistence, bright, tart minerality, still undeveloped, very good, tight, polished finish. First-class basic quality.
