2021 Silvaner trocken "Freiraum", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Cool, quite bright yellow-fruity nose with yeasty and herbal aromas, floral traces and chalky-mineral tones. Bright, fine-juicy, not quite dry fruit, very fine acidity and some grip, light nutty, delicately yeasty and again also chalky tones, some persistence, salty and white-peppery nuances, a little celery, smoky traces, good to very good, delicately sweet finish with grip.
