2021 Silvaner trocken "AB OVO", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Clear, firm and quite deep, polished nose with fine vegetal aromas, stone fruit, hints of yeasty tones, floral nuances and minerality. Ripe, juicy, tightly knitted fruit, very fine, lively acidity and grip of crumbly tannin, herbal-vegetable aromas and some root vegetables, white pepper in the background, smoky traces, lots of chalk and salt, some depth, still young, some aloe vera in the background, still a hint of banana, very good, fine-juicy and mineral finish with tart almondy-nutty and yeasty tones.
