Firm, tart, still undeveloped, vegetal and a touch yeasty aroma with bright yellow fruity aromas, herbal and floral nuances, artichokes and very light ethereal spice in the background. Ripe, juicy, yet perfectly dry fruit, very fine acidity and some phenolic grip, fresh planty aromas on the palate, delicately peppery and floral tones, plus chalky and salty minerality, persistent, still completely undeveloped, good depth, very good, taut, tangy finish with fine vegetal and again clearly mineral tones.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
