2020 Escherndorf Silvaner VDP.Ortswein trocken "Muschelkalk", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Quite firm, slightly nutty and yeasty, a little reminiscent of celery, cool and tart aroma with restrained, bright yellow fruity, floral and mineral notes, as well as delicate black berry notes in the background. Clear, fine-juicy, polished, relatively cool fruit, fresh planty and also delicately peppery aromas, very fine, lively acidity, light minerality, good persistence, elegant style, smoky traces, very good finish with a certain draw.
