2020 Escherndorf Riesling VDP.Ortswein trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Tart, somewhat herbal and nutty-yeasty aroma with yellow fruity aromas and quite distinct minerality. Cool, restrained fruit, lively acidity and some tannin, still very slightly muted, herbal-vegetable and yeasty notes, chalk and salt in the background, good to very good, a hint drying finish with bite.
