Deep, concentrated, complex nose, tart yeasty and vegetal notes, prominent mineral notes, yellow fruit, floral and peppery aromas, some olive oil, hint of smoked bacon. Ripe, firm, very juicy fruit on the palate, concentrated and complex, very elegant, lively acidity, integrated fine tannins provide firm grip, persistent and deep, still young, delicate touch of yellow spice, fresh herbs, yeasty notes and some white pepper, delicate hint of bacon and mushrooms, prominent salty notes and umami, long, tart, juicy, multi-layered finish with elegant vegetal and prominent mineral notes. Great wine.
