Fairly firm nutty nose, delicate, partly dried floral traces, prominent mineral notes, tart, fairly elegant yellow fruit, delicate hint of mint, peppery traces. Clear, ripe, elegant, juicy, bone dry fruit on the palate, light smoky and nutty notes, peppery traces, dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, persistent, very elegant, lively acidity, integrated tannins provide some grip, has some depth, more prominent mineral notes on a very good tart, juicy finish.
