Tart, cool nose, light dried vegetal and yeasty notes, very restrained yellow fruit, light earthy and mineral notes. Fairly firm dry fruit on the palate, tart yeasty and spicy vegetal notes, prominent mineral notes, lively acidity, fairly persistent, firm grip, peppery traces, still young, delicate hint of bacon, good to very good tart minerally finish.
