2015 Escherndorf Lump Riesling trocken Erste Lage, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Firm nose, still slightly yeasty, dried herbs and mineral notes, citrus and stone fruit, peppery traces, prominent mineral notes. Ripe, fairly juicy, slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, herbaceous and yeasty aromas, lively acidity, light tannic touch, some sugar candy, fairly full-bodied, light mineral notes in the background, still largely undeveloped, lemony notes on a good, sweetish, juicy, yeasty and herbaceous finish.
