Translate to English Leicht kräuterig-pflanzlicher und eine Spur gelb-gewürziger Steinobstduft mit Apfel- und Zitrusaromen, einer Spur Hefe sowie floralen und mineralischen Nuancen. Teils eingemacht wirkende, süße Frucht mit feiner, recht lebendiger Säure, hefigen, zart nussigen und erdig-mineralischen Noten sowie etwas Gerbstoff-Griff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit und Substanz, fast ins Pfeffrige gehende Würze, mineralisch im Hintergrund, etwas Kandis, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
