Translate to English Sehr straffer, tiefer und komplexer, etwas tabakiger und deutlich kräuterwürziger Duft nach reifem Pfirsich und Apfel mit gewürzigen, vor allem pfeffrigen Anklängen. Klar und feinsaftig im Mund, wieder deutlich kräuterig und leicht gewürzig, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, wirkt noch sehr jung, nachhaltig am Gaumen, kühle Mineralik im Hintergrund, nicht ganz trockener Stil, gewisse Tiefe, langer Abgang. Exzellente Arbeit, nur lässt der merkliche Restzucker die Konturen noch etwas unscharf wirken.
