Relativ süße, saftige Frucht im Mund, deutliche mineralische Würze und Kräuteraromen, etwas Kandis, lebendige, feine Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, hat Schliff, etwas Tiefe, hefige Anklänge, sehr guter, gleichzeitig herber und süßer Abgang mit deutlicher Mineralik.
