Nutty, yeasty and slightly buttery nose with some warm yellow fruity notes and a hint of wild mushrooms. Relatively soft, again slightly warm, melting fruit, buttery and nutty flavours, somewhat vegetal and delicately mushroomy on the palate, restrained acidity, certain persistence, delicate grip, a hint of smoke, mineral notes, nutty and buttery also on the good finish, which melts a little with air.
