2021 Bingen Scharlachberg Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Restrained, slightly vegetal scent with yellow fruity and hints of mushroomy notes as well as a little dried flowers, earthy hints and a touch of nut butter. Almost calm fruit, a little muted, very fine acidity and delicate grip, nutty, vegetal and mushroomy hints, restrained, sweet melting, hints of nut butter, relatively clear minerality, slightly drying tannin in the good to very good finish.
